Italian agents enjoy visit to REW

18 December 2012

RMIT English Worldwide (REW) in conjunction with English Australia hosted seven agents and three journalists from Italy during December as part of a familiarisation tour for members of the Italian Association of Language Consultants and Agents (IALCA).

The group was accompanied by Sue Blundell from English Australia for their national visit to 29 English colleges and participation in various cultural activities.

The 11 day tour was an opportunity for the group to experience life in Australia as an Italian student including classroom learning and extra curricula activities.

The group will become ambassadors for Australia on their return to Italy and will refer business to various colleges based on their personal interactions during this trip.

Agents were given a tour of REW facilities including classrooms, the independent learning centre, computer facilities and administration areas.

The group commented on the energy, friendliness and quality of REW and look forward to forging strong relationships in 2013.
