Important: Information to bring

IELTS Australia requires all candidates to attach two PASSPORT PHOTOS and a photocopy of their PASSPORT DETAILS (name, date of birth, country) to the IELTS application form. You must also bring your CURRENT PASSPORT with you when you apply.
If you wish to sit an IELTS Test on a particular date, please ensure you lodge your application as soon as possible.

Transferring or cancelling your IELTS test date

You may transfer your IELTS test date if there are places available, by completing a Request Form IELTS Transfer or Cancellation form in person five weeks or more prior to your scheduled test date. An administration fee of 10% of the full test fee applies. No transfer is allowed less than five weeks prior to the scheduled test. Transfers are not permitted between candidates . Vacant test places will be made available to the general public at a later date.

You may cancel your IELTS test and receive a partial refund by completing a Request Form IELTS Transfer or Cancellation form in person five weeks or more before your scheduled test date. An administration fee of 25% of the full test fee applies for cancellation. Cancellations will not be accepted less than five weeks prior to the test (no refund available).

Please provide your booking confirmation when requesting to cancel or transfer.
